SUMMARY OF POST: To maintain continuity of care and support to Service Users and to ensure efficiency and reliability of all visits to Service Users POST AVALIABLE: working 9.00am-5.30pm Mon to Fri and doing on-call hours every other week. position avaliable Jan 2011-Aug 2011, Perm Position could become available.
