Carewatch (Mid Bucks) are looking for Care Workers to deliver a wide variety of services to clients living in their own home, from 4 personal care visits a day, assisting individuals to wash/dress etc, to cooking for clients, going shopping once a week or even taking clients on social trips to the gym or bingo etc. We try and enable our clients to do anything that you or I would do in the normal course of a week. Contrary to popular belief we do not just look after elderly clients, but have clients from all age ranges who have some form of disability or condition which means they need help with every day living.

We offer full training and the opportunity to gain your NVQ Level ll in Social Care.

All Care Workers must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively liase with office staff, Social Workers, Service Users, and their family members.

You will need good planning skills, have the ability to cope well with change and be able to understand and cope with emergency situations.

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
