Field Care Supervisor - Cardiff

Reporting to the Care Manager, the Field Care Supervisor will be responsible for supporting and monitoring our care workers in the field as well as managing the day to day relationships with service users. As the position involves providing personal care to female service users, we require a female Field Care Supervisor.

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years experience in care or in other relevant positions and a good standard of education with a relevant NVQ or other qualification. Relevant supervisory experience is also desirable. Driving licence and own car is essential.

You will also have excellent communication skills, be a team player and present a professional and competent image to our service users.

Initial contract 20 - 35 hours per week arranged to monitor delivery of our service over 7 days per week. Hours may be supplemented through providing care. You will also be required to be on call for which there is an allowance.
